Best idea ever about 40/40
I would really love to have a weapon/offhand that is 40/40 of PvE skills.

no...just no..theres not even any pve skills with a long cast other then ether nightmare,and all the recharges are fine....[assassins promise] if you have problems with it.
Staves are nice too.
